What is a potli bag?

A potli bag is a traditional Indian drawstring pouch, typically made from silk, velvet, or cotton fabric. The word 'potli' means 'small bundle' in Hindi. Today potli bags are popular as wedding accessories, return gifts, evening bags, and fashion accessories worldwide.

What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags are made from premium materials including pure silk, velvet, brocade, suede, printed cotton, jute, resin, brass, and mother of pearl (MOP). All embellishments — zari embroidery, stone work, beading, and mirror work — are applied by hand by our skilled artisans.

Are your bags handmade?

Yes, all VRPS Handicrafts bags are handmade by our team of 40+ artisans in New Delhi, India. Minor natural variations in color and embellishment are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard wholesale MOQ is 20 pieces per design. There is no MOQ for retail orders.

Can I order custom designs?

Yes — custom colors, fabrics, embroidery, size, and branding are available for wholesale buyers. Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks.

Can bags be filled with return gifts?

Absolutely. Our potli bags are commonly ordered empty to be filled with sweets, dry fruits, or small gifts for wedding return gifts.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free in India?

Yes — shipping is free on every order across India. Ready-stock pieces are dispatched in 2–4 days; pre-order and custom pieces in 10–15 days.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?

India: 5–7 business days after dispatch | USA/UK/Spain: 7–14 business days | Rest of World: 10–20 business days.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

No, all orders are prepaid via secure online payment.

Returns & Quality

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Please email vrpshandicraftss@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with a clear, unedited unboxing video. Sale items and international orders are not eligible for return. See our full Refund & Return Policy.
