Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations and refunds are not available against any order placed on VRPS Handicrafts.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Every product is carefully inspected before being packed and shipped.

  • A product can only be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

    • If it arrives damaged

    • If you have received an incorrect item

  • To claim a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.

    • The video must be clear, unedited, and continuous, starting from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully visible.

    • Any visible defect or incorrect item must be clearly captured in the video.

  • If a valid defect is shown in the opening video, your product will be eligible for return or exchange.

  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at vrpshandicrafts@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Due to hygiene and product handling standards, all returned items will go through a quality check before approval.

  • We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange if:

    • The product shows signs of use

    • The product is damaged after delivery

    • The return request is made without proper video proof

    • The item is not shipped back within the timeline provided

  • Once an exchange is confirmed, the customer must ship the product back to us and share the tracking ID on the same email thread at vrpshandicrafts@gmail.com.

  • After we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If you have received a defective product, please share clear images with us at vrpshandicrafts@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
